The Lowde Music Trust was established in February 2011 following the death of Keith Lowde.
Keith had been a leading figure on the business side of the music industry and his sudden death in a tragic accident resulted in a collective desire by his family, friends, and colleagues, to create a lasting legacy in his name.Keith’s passion had always been to help and enable other people to achieve and succeed. He cared deeply about the creative side of the performing arts, and was instrumental in helping people protect their rights, and realise their potential.
For the last eight years of Keith’s life he had been Head of the Business School at The Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford. He had helped to grow the importance of the school and its relevance to the contemporary music industry.
The Trust is a charitable organisation (reg. charity number 1166852) that provides grants, donations, funding and support in line with two clear objectives: To advance the education of young people in the subject of music and creative performance To help in the relief of sickness and the preservation of health among young people
For the past 8 years funds for The Lowde Music Trust have been raised through our fabulous co brand – Lowde Fest who in turn have sponsored some amazing charities such as:

In addition the Trust has kept a close relationship with ACM supporting 1 student per year through their studies with the Keith Lowde Scholorship and 4 students each year on a trip to Midem the music industry event in Cannes.
